摘要

基於健保資料庫，本文通過對台北老人健康檢查資料的初步映射和整合，得到2005年至2010年共51007人次的台北65歲以上老人健檢健保映射資料，並從性別、區域、婚姻狀況和教育程度這四個變數驗證了健保健檢資料與台北市資料不存在統計上的顯著性差異，從而在一定程度上為大數據時代下資料庫加值提供了新的思路。

This paper gets 51007 mapping samples on the elderly above 65 years old in Taipei, which comes from the data integration of Taiwan's National Health Insurance Research Database and the database of Annual Physical Examination Program for the Elderly in Taipei. From the point view of gender, district, marital status and educational background, it is statistically insignificant for the difference between mapping samples and Taipei's official statistics. This kind of data integration may offer some new direction for value-added Database in the age of Big Data.
