適應身體活動之心理議題文獻分析-以適應身體活動期刊(APAQ)為例

摘要


本研究旨在探討適應身體活動期刊(Adapted Physical Activity Quarterly, APAQ)在心理議題的研究現況。蒐集1984-2012年共29年間,共73篇聚焦於失能者的實證性研究。研究方法採內容分析法,對研究時間、研究方法、研究主題及研究參與者進行編碼及分析,以瞭解期刊研究的發展方向。結果發現:(1)心理議題從2000年開始大幅成長;(2)研究方法以量化研究為主,共45篇;(3)研究主題以自我知覺的24篇占多數,態度/動機亦有21篇之多;(4)研究參與者則以肢體障礙為,共29篇。本研究根據研究結果進行討論,並提出未來研究上的建議。

The purpose of this study was to examine the current status of psychological issues in Adapted Physical Activity Quarterly (APAQ). Seventy-three empirical studies published between1984 and 2012 focusing on individuals with disabilities were collected and reviewed. Content analysis method was used to analyze period, method, topic, and participant through coding and categorizing. The main findings were: (1) there was a gradual increase in the number of articles of psychological issue after 2000; (2) the majority of studies were quantitative experimental studies (N=45); (3) the most research topics were focused on self-perception (N=24), followed by attitude/motivation (N=21); (4) most of the research participants were individuals with physical disability (N=29). Previous research results were discussed and suggestions for future research were proposed accordingly.
