學校經營策略與政策管理之探究

A Study on Policy and School Management Strategy

摘要


本文主要之目的在於探討學校經營策略與政策管理之探究,兩者所強調之具體內涵及其重要的面向。教育政策運作過程順暢與否,目標或目的有效達成與否,乃是所有教育政策管理者共同的責任,而非政府人員單方面之責任。學校的領導是以校長為核心,校長扮演是關鍵性角色,引領學校發展外並以學生學習受教權為核心,以創新為體、經營為用的理念。所以學校的經營管理不僅是一種理念,更重視行動的實踐。因此,本文希望由探討學校的經營策略意義與內涵,分析創新管理者對學校的重要,透過經營管理者因具備扮演的角色與條件,政策管理者經營策略與應用,促進學校組織在面對快速變化之經營環境,可以確實掌握變遷趨勢脈絡,以現有資源與發展利基之正確方針,領導的校長必能引導學校邁向卓越成功之路,提升競爭優勢,強化成長動能,達到永續經營成長的目標。

The main purpose of this paper is to discuss the school's business strategy and policy management. Both of them emphasized on smooth operation of the process, education policies, objectives and goals to achieve effective or not. The responsibility should be shared by all education policy managers, not be attributed to governmental agents. School leadership is at the core principals, principals play a key role in leading the development of the school and the students taught outside the core of the right to innovation for the body, for the use of the concept of business. So the school management is not only a concept, but pay attention to the practice of action. Therefore, this article hopes to explore the school's business strategy by the significance and meaning of innovation managers analyze the importance of the school through the managers because with the role and conditions, policies and application management business strategy to promote school organization in the face of rapid changes in the operating environment, you can really grasp the context of changes in the trend, with the correct approach to the existing resources and develop a niche, the leadership of the principal will be able to guide the school towards excellence success, competitive advantage, and strengthen the growth momentum to achieve sustainable growth target.
