一名注意力缺陷過動症大專生家庭壓力與調適敘事研究

A Narrative Study on the Family Pressure of a University Student With ADHD

摘要


本研究旨在探討一位注意力缺陷過動症大專生之家庭成長壓力。研究者依照半結構式的訪談大綱對研究參與者進行訪談,以此作為主要資料蒐集的方式,用來瞭解研究參與者之成長壓力,其間尊重研究參與者的意願,融入研究參與者與其母親的晤談。完成資料蒐集之後,研究者使用「整體-內容」之敘說分析方式,進行資料之分析與整理,研究結果顯示:一、研究參與者自覺家庭方面的壓力來源大多來自其不認同其母親凡事先反求諸己的教育方式所引發的衝突。二、研究參與者自認曾因其母親的陸配身分,在求學階段受到霸凌;母親認為形勢比人強時,宜低調處理。三、研究參與者介意母親的玉不琢不成器的育子概念,母親認係初期的育兒過程不夠嚴厲,兩者就此議題進行溝通,漸有成果。四、研究參與者在母親的贊同下,為提升學業成績,接受藥物改善其注意力缺陷過動症,然求學過程卻未接受特殊教育資源協助。文末,研究者提出省思與建議可供做為教育實務工作者與研究者參考。

This study aimed to understand the growth pressure of one university student with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder through half-structured interviews. Due to the research ethics, the interviews also covered some narratives of the participant's mother based upon his request. After the completion of data collections, the researchers used a 〞whole - content〞 mode to analyze and organize the narrative information through repeated readings. The results were summarized as follows: 1. The participant's pressure from the family side mainly came from the demanding parenting skills from his mother and conflicts were thus occurred. 2. Being the offspring of a mother from mainland China, the participant considered himself being bullied, but his mother considered the participant should not fight against others when he was surely to lose. 3. The participant really cared about being imposed by corporal punishment, but his mother considered that she should be firmer at the beginning. They two confronted about this issue. 4. The participant was put on medication under his mother's agreement for improving academic achievements, but his function was too good to receive special education services. At the end of this study, the researchers also conducted deep reflections and provided suggestions to the interested readers.
