摘要

現今是個國際化的時代，各個大學對於國際文化交流或國際人才的培育均成為今後努力之課題。本組於每年暑假舉辦為期2週的日本研修團，此活動之目的在提升學生的日語能力外，同時可深入了解日本的風土民情，增加國際視野，與世界接軌。此論文之目的在藉由問卷調查之分析來了解此行之成果，並做為今後繼續舉辦之參考。今年本校的日本短期研修團可說向國際化邁向了一大步。

It is of utmost importance to do intercultural exchange at each university because of today’s increasing globalization era. The Japanese group from Tatung University hosts a two-week long cultural study trip to Japan every summer. The purpose of this trip is not only to enhance the Japanese language ability of our students, but also to help them develop a deeper understanding of Japanese customs. This trip is eneficial for our students because it allows them to expand their understanding of global iews.The purpose of this essay is to explain the positive results of this trip based on our questionnaire. This essay can be used as reference for hosting future intercultural study trips. The Japan short-term intercultural study trip hosted by Tatung University this year can make a huge step towards globalization.
