An Introduction to the Nurse Practitioner in Obstetrics and Gynecology in Taiwan

摘要

台灣的專科護理師從2000年正式列入護理人員法定名稱，2006年12月第一屆的專科護理師甄審，分為大內科及大外科，而婦產科被編列在大外科組。直到2013年因應專科化發展才開始婦產科專科護理師甄試。相較於美國婦產科專科護理師發展已近60年，其成長的脈絡與軌跡可以做為未來發展的參考。本文介紹美國及台灣婦產科專科護理師的發展，以增加對台灣婦產領域的專科護理師了解，再以培植專科護理師的專業人才，論述專科護理師應具備的臨床專業能力，期望有益於專科護理師未來的發展。

The nurse practitioner (NP) in Taiwan has officially become one of legal titles for the nurse from 2000. The first NP screening examination held in December, 2006, was divided into two groups include the internal medicine division and the surgical division, and the obstetrics & gynecology was under the surgical division. The screening examination of the Obstetrics & Gynecology NP rose from 2013 for the development of specialization in Taiwan, but the obstetrics & gynecology NP in USA has been developed almost 60 years. Hence, we could refer to the context and route of her obstetrics & gynecology NP development. This article introduces the developments of obstetrics & gynecology NP in Taiwan and USA, to understand more about the obstetrics & gynecology NP in Taiwan, and to train the professional NP. Finally, the clinical professional competence that the NP owns is also discussed in order to benefit the development of NP in the future.
