Kinematic Analysis and Optimization Design for Working Mechanism of Underground Load-Haul-Dump

Taking the underground LHD (Load-Haul-Dump) working mechanism as the research object, the paper analyzed kinematics of mechanism for solving the mathematical model using closed vector method, get the relationship between working space of bucket tip and the mechanism parameters. On this basis, according to the special working environment requirements of Underground LHD, puts forward a multi-objective optimization design method for the working mechanism. It established mathematical model of reverse six-bar working mechanism. Using intelligent optimization algorithm to optimize the design, get the design system of Underground LHD Working mechanism. The scheme has laid the foundation for the working mechanism to realize parametric design, and provide kinematics theoretical foundation for further study of hybrid driven mechanism model of underground LHD.
