大陸經濟發展中外資的角色與創業育成：長、珠三角經濟區的深入觀察

摘要

本文探討長三角與珠三角地區之境外直接投資（FDI）的流量與成長，對於民間企業在創業育成上的影響。以珠三角內大廣州區域的111個樣本個案，來試窺民企的創業與經營和外企有無一定程度的關係。為了進一步瞭解民企對大陸可能扮演的角色，是否與完全市場經濟體系（例如香港）中的企業或創業者相近，我們也以1984年的香港創業者樣本為對照。本研究結果發現珠三角地區經濟下一波的持續發展，將會由民企來共同推動。

The study is aiming at investigating association of FDI inflows and growth of private enterprises in China, with Pearl River Delta (PRD) and Yangtze River Delta (YRD) being emphasized. Given contribution of FDI inflows to Chinese economic development during the last 25 years has been recognized, this paper argues that FDI inflows do stimulate, facilitate or even enable potential entrepreneurs to establish their enterprises. Official statistics and a sample of enterprises drawn from Guangzhou area, PRD have been analyzed. The findings do provide supporting evidences for the argument and suggesting that contribution of Chinese entrepreneurs to China's sustainable economic development in the future may be reasonably expected.
