學術型創業家與企業績效關係研究
Study on Relationship between Academic Entrepreneur and Enterprise's Performance

The basic purpose of this study is to identify the composition of the performance's influencing factors and research the relationship between the influencing factors and enterprise's performance of Academic Entrepreneur (AE). The author put forward the ＂Three-Dimension Model of AE Personal Traits, Human Capital, and Entrepreneurial Environment with Enterprise's Performance＂. Afterward, defined several great respects of the influence factor. The study conclusions examined/amended the theory model. Finally the author discussed the suggestion of promoting AE's growth.
