台灣創業課程現況之探究

摘要

本研究係針對台灣高等教育與社會中所提供的創業課程進行研究，研究資料來自各大專校院與社會機構所開設之創業課程，其中包括一系列的創業學程，單一創業學科與不同業別之創業訓練。本研究主要以文件分析法，依據過去文獻所歸納之創業所需能力，分析各種創業課程內容，並透過統計分析了解目前台灣創業課程開課趨勢與內涵。研究結果指出目前台灣創業課程內容，除了創業人格特質外，大致能符合創業所需求能力，且顯示多數人認為創業人格特質是不易被教授的；另外其課程內容包含創業相關法律課程，但此法律素養並未被認為是創業所需的能力之一。整體而言多數的創業課程內容符合創業能力需求，惟不同機構組織與不同業別所開設之創業課程有其差異存在，而無論設立創業相關學程、單一創業學科或不同業別之課程，宜先確立其最終教育目標，並透過資源整合與策略聯盟等方式，避免課程重疊所造成的資源浪費，並達到創業能力培養的完整性。

This study is aimed to collect and analyze the entrepreneurial courses in higher education and social organizations in Taiwan. The courses are composed of a series of entrepreneurial programs, single course and multiple entrepreneurial programs in different professional areas. The document analysis method is applied to generalize the entrepreneurial abilities from the past researches preliminary. Moreover, we analyze the various courses through statistical methods to understand the trend and intension of the courses. The results indicated that the entrepreneurial curricula in Taiwan could confirm with the demand of entrepreneurial abilities except personal traits, which is accounted for hard to teaching people to possess this special personality. In addition, there are some law courses already in the entrepreneurial programs currently are not considered to be essential. On the Whole, most of the entrepreneurial courses fill the demand of entrepreneurial abilities mostly. No matter what kind of courses is offered, the institutes (or organizations) should establish their ultimate educational objectives firstly, integrate the various resources, and form an alliance with other institutions. Then, we could avoid wasting resources by reducing the overlapping courses and provide the complete curricula to foster necessary entrepreneurial abilities.
