籃球運動者的深度休閒特質在動機、阻礙、滿意度之間的角色扮演

The Role of Serious Leisure Characteristics in Motivation, Constraints and Satisfaction: a Case Study of Basketball

摘要

近年來國人逐漸重視休閒生活，除了希望擴展休閒的視野外，也期待休閒的深度能夠增加，以獲得更高的休閒價值。本研究主要以大學籃球運動為切入點，探討深度休閒特質與參與動機、休閒阻礙與休閒滿意度之間的關係及角色扮演。研究發現參與動機會直接影響深度休閒特質與休閒阻礙，休閒阻礙會直接影響深度休閒特質與休閒滿意度，深度休閒特質會直接影響休閒滿意度。透過徑路分析發現深度休閒特質在參與動機與休閒滿意度之間具有完全的中介效果，意即參與動機不會直接影響休閒滿意度，而是透過深度休閒特質的中介效果，間接影響休閒滿意度。

The main objective of this research is to investigate in the relationship among basketball players' serious leisure characteristics, leisure motivation, leisure constraints, and leisure satisfaction. The research shows motivation will influence serious leisure characteristics and leisure constaints in a directive way. Leisure costraints will influence serious leisure characteristics and leisure satisfaction reversely. Serious leisure characteristics will influence leisure satisfaction directly. Path analysis indicates leisure motivation, leisure constrain, and serious leisure characteristic influence leisure satisfaction in either a direct or indirect way. Serious leisure characteristic plays not only a completely intervening variable between participating motivation and leisure satisfaction but also a partially intervening variable between leisure constraint and leisure satisfaction.
