葡萄醣之催化氫化反應動力學

摘要


葡萄醣氫化反應很快地即能達到假穩定狀態。該反應次數對於氫氣是為一次,葡萄醣濃度高於0.16M時,對於葡萄醣則是零次。以含水40%之雷尼鎳為催化劑,該反應在99~124℃之活化能是19.87仟卡/克莫耳。其他條件一定時反應速率隨攪拌速度之增加而增加。在溫度124℃、攪拌速度520轉/分之條件下,催化劑用量為9克時,氣/液層對反應之阻力佔全部阻力之73%,若為1克;則佔全部阻力之20%,即全部阻力因催化劑量之減少而增加,亦即反應速率隨催化劑之增加而增加。

Catalytic hydrogenation of glucose soon reaches its pseudo- steady state. The reaction is first order with respect to hydrogen, zero order with respect to glucose when the concentration of glucose is greater than 0.16 M. At the temperature range of 99-124°C, with Raney nickel as catalyst, the activation energy is 19.87 Kcal / g mole. With other conditions fixed, the reaction rate increases with the increase of stirring speed. At 124°C and 520 rpm, the gas/liquid resistance is 73% of the total resistance when the amount of catalyst is 9 g, and is 20% of the total resistance when the amount of catalyst is 1 g. It is shown that the total resistance increases with the decrease of the amount of catalyst, and the reaction rate increases with the increase of the amount of catalyst.
