摘要
血小板在止血與血栓之過程擔任相當重要之角色。植物來源之抗血小板成分依其作用機轉，可歸納為下列四類：(1)感受體拮抗劑，(2) phosphoinositides代謝抑制劑，(3) prostanoids生成抑制劑，(4)鈣離子拮抗劑。其他尚有許多作用機轉未明，或主成分尚未抽取、鑑定者，等待專家學者進一步之研究與探討。

Platelets take important roles in the hemostasis and thrombosis. The antiplatelet constituents isolated from plants can be classified into four groups according to their action mechanisms: 1) receptor antagonists, 2) inhibitors of phosphoinositides turnover, 3) inhibitors of prostanoids synthesis and 4) calcium antagonists. However, there are still many constituent whose action mechanisms have to be elucidated, and numerous unknown active components to be isolated from the plant sources.
