不同粒徑過氯酸鉀的熱性質研究

摘要


火工品的底火劑及起爆劑之粒徑式影響火工品發火特性的重要參數,在美軍規範內,常見到火炸藥以粒徑分級,足見得粒徑在火工品的角色是相當重要的。本研究係在偶然的機會發現細顆粒的過氯酸鉀分解溫度竟然較粗顆粒的過氯酸鉀高,為了驗證上述現象,以熱分析方法進行研究,結果發現細顆粒過濾酸鉀確實比粗顆粒過氯酸鉀在較高溫度才分解。

The particle size of primer mixture plays an important role on firing characteristic s of electro-explosive devices. In general. explosive was classified by the particle size. In this work, we found that the decomposition temperature of potassium perchlorate with a particle size smaller than 44 μm was higher than the particle size between 44 μm to 74 μm. The result was beyond our expectations. In order to explain the above result. we investigated the thermal behaviors of potassium perchlorate by thermal analysis technique.
