摘要

逆向流層析是一種不需要靜相固態支持物的液相層析法。此種層析法不僅能應用在分析型分離上，其特有的性質使之也能在製備型分離方面有所發展。本文就逆流層析的原理、演進、應用及近年來的新技術發展做一番介紹。並且也將逆向流層析與常用的液相層析做一比較，以突顯其在生物粒子及粗製萃取液等方面的優秀分離能力。

Countercurrent chromatography having no solid-support for stationary phase is one kind of liquid chromatography. It can be applied both on analytical and preparative separations. In this article we introduce the theory, instrumental evolution, some applications and the techniques developed recently of countercurrent chromatography. We also compare it with the commonly used HPLC to emphasize its attractive features and excellent separation ability. such as on biological particles, crude extraction solution, etc.
