傅立葉轉換質譜儀在生物分析上的應用

摘要
高解析傅立葉轉換質譜儀具有：(1)超高解析能力；(2)多頻道的偵測；(3)極長的離子滯留時間；(4)多重的串聯質譜功能。這些功能使得傅立葉質譜儀成為極有用的生化分析工具。本篇將介紹傅立葉轉換質譜法的儀器硬體，相關理論，離子化方法及各種分析生物分子的方法。

Fourier transform mass spectrometry has several powerful capabilities that make it well-suited to the structure analysis of biomolecules. These capabilities include ultrahigh mass resolving power, multichannel detection over a wide mass range, very long ion storage times and multiple tandem mass spectrometry (MS^n) capabilities. This article covers selected topics in instrumentation, theory, ionization methods and methods for the structure analysis of large biomclecules.
