摘要


本文針對分流薄層分離技術之操作原理及近年來之發展與應用做一簡要的回顧。分流薄層分離技術,相對於層析技術而言是一群新的分離技術,分流薄層分離技術可依被分離樣品之物理性質,選擇不同的外加垂直分離場(作用力)來達成分離及分析之目的,目前已被使用的有電場(電力)、重力場(重力)、離心場(離心力)、磁場(磁力)等,分流薄層分離技術主要應用於大分子、膠體,和顆粒且主要是用於準備性之純化分離,產量約為每小時數克~零點幾克,與傳統層析技術的應用是互補的。

This article briefly describes the theory of Split-flow Thin (SPLITT) Fractionation techniques and reviews the recent developments and applications of various applied fields. SPLITT Fractionation is a new family of separation techniques for macromolecules, colloids, and particles. Various forces can be applied perpendicular to the thin channel for separation according to the physical properties of samples. The applied forces include electrical, gravitational, centrifugal, and magnetic forces. SPLITT fractionation is designed for preparative application with throughputs at several grams or subgrams per hour.
