摘要


不對稱開環聚合催化反應的研究隨著聚乳酸交酯的廣泛應用受到關切。雖然在乳酸交酯開環聚合過程中,如何有效避免交酯化現象發生的討論及研究,已有許多的文獻報導,但是成功的對乳酸交酯進行不對稱催化反應卻是較罕見的,原因在於試圖在有機金屬催化過程中利用掌性中心或是立體障礙所產生的立體化學,無法有效地誘導立體選擇性來得到具有高P_r 或P_m 值的聚合物鏈。在本篇報導中,將敘述研究演進相關資料及最新發展。

Asymmetric ring-opening polymerization of lactides is more concerned due to wide PLA application. In recent years, organometallic catalysts are applied to ring-opening polymerization of lactides and provided for well controlling the microstructure of PLA formed from polymerization. The study of controlling side reactions such as intermolecular and intramolecular transesterification is well established but asymmetric polymerization with highly stereoselectivity is less. The high stereoselective polymer could not be produced by chiral centers or bulky steric hindrance function groups of catalysts during the polymerization process. In this report, we will introduce the related information and the latest research.
