幼兒母親婚姻關係與母職角色之研究

摘要

本研究旨在探討婚姻關係及母職角色，主要目的為：探討不同背景變項（教育程度與工作時數）幼兒母親在婚姻關係及母職角色的差異；分析婚姻關係在背景變項與母職角色間的中介效果；探討母職角色在背景變項與婚姻關係間的中介效果。本研究以自編之「婚姻關係量表」及「母職角色量表」為研究工具，調查台北市、苗栗縣、彰化縣、台南縣及台東縣家有三至六歲幼兒之母親共737 人，資料蒐集後以二因子變異數分析及階層廻歸分析法進行資料處理。主要結論為：母職角色會因為母親教育程度而有所差異；婚姻關係可以有效調節母親教育程度與母職角色；母職角色可以有效預測婚姻關係。根據上述研究結論，本研究提出對於幼兒母親及後續研究之建議。

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationships between marital relationships and motherhood. The data have been collected from researchers' ＂marital relationships scale＂ and ＂motherhood scale＂. A total of 912 questionnaires were passed to the preschoolers' mothers, and 737 were collected valid. The data collected from target samples were analyzed by two-way ANOVA and hierarchical regression analysis. The research finds that the ＂educational degree＂ has varying degrees of influence on motherhood. The marital relationships can effectively regulate educational degree and motherhood. The motherhood can predicted marital relationships. The conclusions were drawn based on previous findings and some suggestions were proposed for mothers and researcher.
