Chuang Tzu's thought was profound, succinct and too deep for words. Generally speaking, his philosophy aimed at eliminating our view of preferring life than death. He believed that if we judge or evaluate anything without prejudice then we can realize the whole world as an unity. The death will not become our burden and we shall free from cares. So we can transcend the death. This kind of thought not only generates a great function when we confront the death but also has a deep influence upon us not to mention the education of life and death nowadays, among other things, it enlightens instructors of the education of life and death. Unfortunately, most of us neglect to pay more attention on this important part. Therefore, my thesis aims at expounding and analyzing the transcendency of death of Chuang Tzu then reveals what kind of enlightenment did he give to instructors of the education of life and death so that they can obtain more wisdom from him and put this wisdom into practice.
