摘要

隨著極端氣候的發生頻率和破壞程度越來越高，減緩全球暖化已經成為各國的共識。自從上個世紀90年代以來，國際社會積極推動相關規範和機制，希望解決全球氣候問題，使得氣候變遷成為重要的國際政治議題。然而，國際氣候政治研究的議題頗為廣泛，包括研究分析的理論途徑、外交與談判、各國氣候變遷政策、氣候正義與安全等，由於複雜程度高於其他跨國議題，因此需要更多跨學術領域的整合。本文旨在有系統地分析國際氣候政治研究的成果，並提出新的研究議題，期望對國際氣候政治研究的發展作出貢獻。

As the frequency and damage of extreme weather events increase, reducing global warming becomes a consensus among states. Since 1990s, international community has been enthusiastically trying to establish norms and institutions in order to solve the global climate problem. This makes climate change as a significant research agenda in international studies therefore. However, climate change covers considerable aspects, including theoretical studies, diplomacy, negotiations, policy-making, justice, security, and so forth. International climate politics needs multi-disciplines from various academic fields, on account of the great complexity of climate change. This paper systematically analyzes publishes on international climate politics. It aims to strengthen the dynamics of, and provide new research agendas on, international climate politics studies.
