圍棋本質探論

The Research of the Essence of Go

摘要


圍棋是中國古老而奇特的發明,學者究其源流,由形制與功能推知它與天文、八卦、兵法有關,其中的玄妙莫測、變他無窮,令人難以捉摸,至今未有定案。由於圍棋玄深古奧,大眾對其本質的認識,多為模糊或片面;學者亦各言其是少有交集。本論文溯源於古代傳統觀念,對照現代知識譜系,分別從數學、科學、藝術、遊戲、體育、多元智慧教育等方面進行探討,對於圍棋的本質內涵有更廣泛而深入的理解,並釐清紛耘糾雜的異說。

Go is an ancient and exotic Chinese invention, which origin is related to the astronomy, the Book of Changes, and the art of the war. There's no conclusion so far due to its mysteries and variations. What is the essence and content of Go from the broad observation apart from its practical functions? Is it a game or a sport? Is it a science or an art? How Go is positioned from ancient tradition to modern knowledge classification? Go is originally popular in East Asia, but now it's been developed worldwide by continuously growing of the Go learning population since the last century. However, the essence of Go cannot be recognized clearly by the public because of its mysterious connotation. Scholars advocate Go respectively with little intersection. In this thesis, Go is made research from math, science, art , game, sport, and the education of multiple intelligences, respectively, to well understand the essence and content of Go in a deep and extensive way, and to clarify the various and complicated arguments.
