游離輻射引發旁觀者效應之論述

摘要


旁觀者效應(Bystander effect)這個名詞主要使用在放射生物學上,用以描述靶擊細胞在直接受輻射作用時,其產生的因子對鄰近未受照射細胞的效應與影響,故又稱非靶擊效應(Non-targeted effect)。本報告列舉一些近代具有代表性的研究結果,包含旁觀者效應可能產生的機制與相互傳導作用途徑;並進一步探討旁觀者效應產生之傷害因子的組成物質,此外還對旁觀者效應與輻射劑量的相關表現做一探討。旁觀者效應的研究可以顯示輻射生物效應的新觀點,並使得在評估輻射傷害與放射治療效應中有更進一步的考慮範圍與應用。

Bystander effects are the subject of intense investigation in radio-biology. Described in the biological effects in non-targeted cells observed responses in cells targeted by ionizing radiation. The purpose of this review was to consider bystander effect in areas of major importance or mechanism produced and pass way. These include consideration of composition material of the damage factor produced and even the relevant of radiation dosage that supports it, is also discussed. The research of Bystander effect can reveal the new conception of the radio-biological effect, and so as to have further consideration and application in assessing radiation damage radiotherapy effect.
