The new immigration education in Taiwan has already become a social issue. To face that issue, schools must integrate external resources, including those from communities and parents, into school, and offer the society services to promote the sustainable management of the new immigration education. Document analysis is applied in this study. The author aims to explore the possibility of its interior and exterior development strategies. First, the text expounds the background and issues of the new immigration education in Taiwan. Second, I introduce the school-linked service program that was successfully put into practice in America as an example, and try to explore the possibility that it can be applied as the exterior main strategy to the school management of the new immigration education in Taiwan. Third, I try to construct the framework of interior strategy of the school management to develop the new immigration education, and I focus on the learning from cross-cultural perspective. At last, I suggest the necessity for more studies on the new immigration education from cross-cultural perspective. I urge more scholars can pay more attention to the issues, research designs, and practices about the school management of the new immigration education.
