國立屏東教育大學2009年校園滿意度之調查研究

A Research on Campus Satisfaction of NPUE 2009

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解屏東教育大學學生在課程、教學與行政服務滿意之知覺現況與差異情形,以及對學校具體建議。本研究採取「調查研究法」,以大學部2912位為施測對象,實施全面普查。研究工具為研究者自編之「國立屏東教育大學2009課程教學暨行政服務滿意度調查問卷」。回收問卷2519份,回收率88.98%,有效問卷2348份,回收可用率為80.63%。本研究綜合研究結果,歸納出十項結論:一、學生對學校課程規劃接近滿意程度二、學生對學校教學品質達到滿意程度三、學生對學校行政服務達到滿意程度四、學生對系上整體達到滿意程度五、學生對學校整體接近滿意程度六、「考試」入學的學生對學校的滿意度較低七、師培生對學校整體有較高的滿意度,非師培生對學校行政服務有較高的滿意度八、男生對系上及學校整體有較高的滿意度,女生對學校教學品質有較高的滿意度九、「視藝系」與「音樂系」學生對系上及學校整體滿意度偏低十、一年級學生對學校有較高的滿意度最後,本研究依據研究結論,提出對學校的具體建議。

This research aims to understand how NPUE students react to current situation in courses, instruction and administrative service. An exploration of how their reactions differ and their substantial suggestions for the school will also be attempted. This research adopts "Research Methodology, "which exercises a general investigation on 2912 students as targets. The instrument required is the self-designed "NPUE Questionnaire on Satisfaction toward 2009 Instruction and Administrative Service." There are 2519 questionnaires collected, which make a collection rate of 88.98%. Among the questionnaires, 2348 are valid that constitute 80.63% of the total amount. 10 conclusions are drawn as the result of this combined research: 1. Students' reactions to course design are close to full satisfaction. 2. Students' reactions to teaching quality reach full satisfaction. 3. Students' reactions to administrative service reach full satisfaction. 4. Students' reactions to their department as a whole reach full satisfaction. 5. Students' reactions to school as a whole are close to full satisfaction. 6. Students admitted through exams have a lower sense of satisfaction toward school. 7. Students in teacher education program have a higher sense of satisfaction toward school as a whole while others are more satisfied with school's administrative service. 8. Boys are more satisfied with their own department and school as a whole while girls entertain a higher sense of satisfaction with the school's quality in instruction. 9. The students in Visual Art and Music departments are less satisfied with school as a whole. 10. Freshmen contain a higher sense of satisfaction with school. Lastly, this research provides some substantial recommendations to school in terms of the above conclusions.
