休閒阻礙協商與休閒運動參與關係之研究:以南部特殊教育學校教師為例

A Study of the Relationship between Leisure Constraints Negotiation and Recreational Sports Participation: An Example of Special Education Teachers in Southern Taiwan

摘要


本研究目的旨在探討臺灣南部特殊教育學校教師休閒阻礙、休閒協商策略與休閒運動參與之關係。方法:以103學年臺灣南部特殊教育學校教師為對象,以普測方法發放問卷420份,回收有效問卷385份。結果:1.「時間阻礙」為最主要休閒阻礙因素,「人際協商策略」為主要休閒協商策略;2.內在阻礙、時間阻礙、同伴阻礙能顯著負向預測時間協商策略,內在阻礙、同伴阻礙能顯著正向預測金錢協商策略,內在阻礙能顯著負向預測技能協商策略;3.內在阻礙能顯著正向預測休閒協商策略,時間阻礙則顯著負向預測休閒協商策略,休閒阻礙能顯著正向預測休閒協商策略;4.時間阻礙與時間協商策略能顯著預測休閒運動次數,時間協商策略能顯著預測休閒運動時間,時間阻礙與金錢協商策略能顯著預測休閒運動程度。建議根據本研究結果,對教育行政機關、特殊教育教師和後續研究提出實務應用和未來研究之建議。

The purpose of this study was to examine to the relationship between leisure constraints negotiation and recreational sports participation of special education teachers in southern Taiwan. The questionnaires were sent out to teachers of 103- academic- year from special education schools in Southern Taiwan. A total of 420 questionnaires were distributed, of which 385 were valid. The results were as follows: (a) The major leisure constraints encountered was time constraints; the leading negotiation strategy adopted was interpersonal improvement. (b) Intrapersonal constraints, time constraints, and interpersonal constraints could significantly and negatively predict negotiation strategy of time management. Intrapersonal constraints, interpersonal constraints could significantly and positively predict negotiation strategy of financial improvement. Intrapersonal constraints could significantly and negatively predict negotiation strategy of skill acquisition. (c) Intrapersonal constraints could significantly and positively predict leisure negotiation strategy. Time constraints could significantly and negatively predict leisure negotiation strategy. Leisure constraints could significantly and positively predict leisure negotiation strategy. (d) Time constraints and negotiation strategy of time management could significantly predict sport participation frequency. Negotiation strategy of time management could significantly predict sport participation time. Time constraints and negotiation strategy of financial improvement could significantly predict sport participation level. Based on the results, suggestions and practical implications for educational authorities and special education teachers were addressed in this study.
