體能活動與健康效益之劑量:反應相關性

摘要


現有的研究一致顯示體能運動可減少心血管疾病、部分癌症以及死亡率。當活動量達到世衛組織的建議量(每週150分鐘的中等強度的有氧體能活動,或75分鐘的高強度有氧體能活動)時,便可有明顯的健康效益;當活動劑量超過建議量時,好處也會隨著活動量增加而持續增加,但增加的速率變得較緩慢;最大的好處在活動量達最低建議劑量的4-5倍時可看到,超過此活動量時 未能持續明顯地增加好處。與完全不活動者相比,未達到建議的活動量者仍可有健康上的好處,且此時體能活動所獲得的健康效益有最好的成本效益比值。
