摘要
聆聽別人說話時，若聽者本身有聽損、同時有背景噪音或感覺有耳鳴現象時，都會使大腦完成言語辨識的時間延長，造成聽覺上的負擔（listening effort）增加。但聽覺負擔也必須在聽者保持一定的聆聽動機才會發生。聆聽動機本身會調控大腦所接收聽覺訊息的挑戰，有一定程度的聆聽意願才會形成最終的聽覺負擔。
