慢性腎臟病之運動與營養照護

摘要


慢性腎臟病人常因熱量-蛋白質耗損(protein-energy wasting, PEW)導致肌肉量流失與活動能力下降,肌肉量流失與死亡率具有相關性,而合宜的運動及飲食是防治肌肉流失的最佳策略。慢性腎臟疾病(chronic kidney disease, CKD)病人執行低蛋白飲食(蛋白質攝取0.6-0.8克/公斤體重/日)能延緩腎臟病進程,若搭配阻力訓練更能增加肌力以及肌肉量。本文欲探討CKD患者如何結合運動與飲食策略,提升或維持CKD病人肌肉量,以改善生活品質及延緩CKD病程進展。
