The purpose of this study is to construct a knowledge management program that will contribute to the implementation of knowledge management in schools. In order to understand the basic theories of the implementation of knowledge management in schools, the authors analyzed respectively the concepts of "knowledge economics", "total quality management" , "learning organization", "lifelong learning", and "information technology". The authors also point out the possible advantages and limitations for schools to implement knowledge management programs, and also propose principles for schools to construct knowledge management programs. Finally, the authors construct a program content for schools to implement knowledge management. An appendix of a sample program is presented for schools to implement knowledge management.
