自動化數據分析及視覺化系統應用發展之研究

摘要


本研究旨在透過程式實現將報表定期自動匯入數據分析系統,產出視覺化的分析圖表,提升數據分析效率的。以往許多資料蒐集以及分析統計皆須由專業人員來進行處理及校對,並以處理好的資料繪製成分析報表以供決策者作參考之用。本系統則將數據分析任務模組化,從導入資訊至分析報表皆交由系統自動執行,不僅能節省工程人員的時間,把時間花在較具附加價值的分析判斷上,亦可大大提升整體效率,改善時間成本並減少錯誤的風險。本系統以證券交易所報表為主要分析對象,將每日數據藉由資料收集程式導入後,針對報表內容數據作批次的處理及統整,並依據分析的結果做視覺化呈現,再結合特定演算法來歸納出數據趨勢,以此自動分析出報表的潛在訊息。

The purpose of this study is to develop a predictive information system to increase the efficiency of data analysis. In the past, many of the collected data and analytical statistics were processed and collated by professionals. In our system, these works were modularized and processed automatically. Therefore, domain experts can concentrate themselves on value-added analysis and decision-making. This can not only save valuable time, but reduce errors. As an application example, we apply to the analysis of data from Stock Exchange. Data are collected by crawler and imported to database. These data are then processed in batch mode and their contents are integrated. Finally, we use algorithms to summarize the analysis to predict the stock development trend and yield tacit knowledge.
