摘要

僧團改革是當代人間佛教的重要組成部分。但是，無論是學界還是教界，有關僧團戒律及其精神的研究甚少。本文通過對律典文本的研究，分析解讀佛教戒律的形式和內涵；重點突出佛陀制戒及其戒律自身的精神，闡明戒律以人為本的人間性格，及其對僧團修行和生活的宗教和社會功能。

Reformation of monastic codes is part of Humanistic Buddhism advocated by Buddhist leaders such as Taixu, Yingshun, Xingyun and Shenyan, yet few studies of this kind have been carried out. The present work, through textual studies and hermeneutic analysis, examines the form and content of monastic codes to highlight the spirit and function of vinaya, and to demonstrate its humanistic nature and beneficial value for the religious cultivation of the sangha and its connections with society.
