佛教「整體主義」環境理念對經濟管理制度的啟示

摘要

當今社會經濟之發展，愈來愈受限於生態環境的惡化和破壞。此一問題歸根結柢乃是來自於人類對自然無節制的索取，是眾生無明牽引的「不共業」與「共業」共同招致。有學者以臺灣社會的環保問題為例，指出當代佛教的環保理念偏於垃圾回收和植樹，未能觸及社會性的常態環境汙染問題，即較重於解決「不共業」之問題，對於「共業」問題的關注則略有所欠。故若欲在「能令諸器世間種種差別」的眾生「共業」問題上取得一定突破，則必賴於教界、業界乃至政界的精誠合作，不妨借鑑佛教之有關思想資源，參考西方學界的相關成果，從「整體主義」上建立健全的管理制度入手。

Nowadays the development of social economy is restricted by deterioration and destruction of the ecological environment more and more.The cause of this serious problem is human beings' demanding too much from nature without limited, and is also as a result of mutual individual karma and communal karma. Taking environmental issues of Taiwan' society for example, some research scholars point out that contemporary Buddhist concepts of environmental protection are very partial to garbage collection and tree planting, those lacking of enough social constant problem. In other words, contemporary Buddhist concepts of environmental protection usually emphasize the problem of individual karma and lacks of emphasizing on communal karma. The article believes that breakthrough to communal karma of problem in environmental protection research field requires mutual close cooperation from religious circles, business circles and political circles. On this basis, adopt the idea of related Buddhist thoughts and western academic achievements, establish and optimize management system in holism perspective.
