摘要

家族企業的傳承困境，已經成為華人甚至全球家族企業的重要問題。佛教組織和家族企業，都面臨著長久傳承和現代化的問題。佛光山提倡和踐行人間佛教精神和佛教現代化的成功，星雲大師的圓融智慧是值得家族企業處理接班問題借鑒的。本文在分析了從佛法角度研究家族企業傳承的可能與必要性之後，結合歷史案例，從要持戒、要禪定、要放下、要專注、要發心等方面，論述了人間佛教的禪心法門對家族企業的成功傳承可能的啟發和作用，以期望人間佛教的甘露能夠幫助家族企業更好的完成代際更替。

The inheritance dilemma of family businesses has become an important issue for Chinese and even global family businesses. Buddhist organizations and family businesses are facing the problem of long-term inheritance and modernization. Fo Guang shan promotes and practices the spirit of Humanistic Buddhism and the success of Buddhist modernization. Master Hsing Yun's wisdom is worthy of reference for family companies to deal with succession issues. After analyzing the possibility and necessity of studying the inheritance of family business from the perspective of Buddhism, this article discusses the methods of Zen Buddhism in human Buddhism from the aspects of holding virtue, meditation, letting down, focusing, and initiating the heart. The possible inspiration and role of the successful inheritance of the family business, hoping that the nectar of Humanistic Buddhism can help the family business to better complete the intergenerational replacement.
