本文從三個方面解讀南泉普願禪法生活化的內涵：一是詮釋南泉普願農禪並重的思想是一種在生活中修行的禪機；二是闡釋南泉普願「南泉斬貓」的公案是一種在生活中引導眾生的禪意；三是解釋南泉普願「向異類行」的理念是一種生活中弘法的禪境。
