大學生領團人員培訓社團與培訓旅行社合作關係初探

A Preliminary Study on Cooperation between the University/College Students' Club of Tour Leaders Training and the Training Travel Agencies

摘要


週休二日帶動國民國內旅遊風氣。領團人員身為旅遊團體中的靈魂人物,是促使成功旅行的重要因素之一。隨著專業領團人員的需求攀升,人才的訓練及考用,也從業界延伸到校園。許多大專院校的觀光相關科系陸續設立領團人員培訓社團,透過培訓旅行社擔任顧問設計課程、指派師資授課,讓年輕學子更早認識領團人員這項職業,再經由旅行社安排隨團實習、通過考核正式獨立帶團。旅遊業者與學生社團藉此合作機制培養出許多經驗豐富、技巧出眾的新生代領團人員。然而,近年大學領團人員培訓社團參與人數出現下滑趨勢,培訓合格能正式上線帶團的人數亦逐漸減少。為探究其原因,本研究以「社會交換理論」為研究框架,針對大學領團人員培訓社團成員與培訓旅行社業者進行深度訪談,探討雙方的合作關係。本研究訪談了10位大學領團人員培訓社團學生與10位培訓旅行社業者。以社會交換理論中的七大構面:吸引、依賴、溝通、價值觀、權力、信任、承諾,進行訪談資料分析。研究結果顯示,大學生領團人員培訓社團與培訓旅行社之間的吸引力與依賴程度下降會影響彼此權力平衡及信任感;而溝通阻礙與價值觀落差則會弱化彼此承諾、減損雙方合作穩定性,進而造成大學生參與領團人員培訓社團的意願低落。根據研究結果,本研究提出數項建議給大學生領團人員培訓社團與培訓旅行社,做為改善雙方互動關係與穩固長期合作之參考。

The weekly two-day-off promotes trend of domestic travel. The tour leaders, as the soul of the tour group, are one of the important elements of successful traveling. Since the demand for professional tour leaders rising, talent training, assessment and employment also entered university/college campuses. Many colleges and universities have established students' clubs for tour leaders training. Through the travel agency as a consultant to design courses and assign lecturers to teach, young students can get to know the profession of tour leaders earlier, and then been arranged internships by the travel agencies. After passing the assessment, they can formally lead a tour group independently. Through this cooperation process, the travel agencies have trained numerus experienced and skilled new generation of tour leaders. In recent years, however, the number of participants of the students' clubs for tour leaders training is decreasing. The number of formally launched students, who are qualified as a tour leader, is also gradually reduced. To understand the reasons, this study applied the "social exchange theory" as the research framework, and took the students' club members and the travel agency practitioners as objects to explore the cooperation relationship between the two parties, by using in-depth interview methods. In this study, 10 members from the Students' Clubs of Tour Leaders Training and 10 Travel Agency practitioners were interviewed to get their opinions on seven facets of social exchange relationship such as attraction, dependence, communication, values, power, trust, and commitment. The results of the study show that the decline in attractiveness and dependence between the students' clubs and the training travel agencies will affect the power balance and trust between each other, and communication barriers and value gaps may weaken mutual commitments and reduce the stability of cooperation between the two parties, which in turn caused the low willingness of university/college students to participate in the clubs of tour leaders training. Based on the results, this study provides several recommendations to the students' clubs of tour leaders training and the training travel agencies as reference for improving their interaction-relationship and developing a stable long-term cooperation.
