摘要

本文透過「第二、三屆國民大會歷次會議國家檔案」鑑定活動的個案分析，瞭解該鑑定工作運用檔案鑑定標準與價值的情形，掌握檔案價值在鑑定國家檔案方面所扮演的角色與意義。首先說明該項鑑定工作之緣起，其次敘述該工作之進行情形與鑑定原則，之後呈現鑑定結果，包括數量及實質案卷內容項目的說明；最後則以鑑定結果與鑑選人員的訪談資料為基礎，討論此次鑑定工作特點及檔案價值在此次鑑定活動的地位與應用情形。

By studying the appraisal activity of ＂The Archives of the Second and Third Annual Conference of the National Assembly＂, this paper introduces the application of archival values during the process of the appraisal activity and tries to find out the role and the meaning of archival values. First of all, this paper describes the process of the appraisal activity. In the second part of this paper, the result of appraisal suggested by the appraisal committee in the meetings is listed. Finally, this paper discusses the characteristics of the appraisal activity. The role and application of archival values in appraising those national archives are also discussed.
