Constructing the Resource-Sharing Platform for Digital Archives

This paper proposed a resource-sharing and open-connection model for developing the digital archive systems, which is based-on the ＂Five Laws of Library Science＂, the architecture of OAIS and the philosophy of Web 2.0. The resulting system based on the proposed model can integrate the distributed resources for the users to share and access them. An experimental system was constructed to evaluate the feasibility of the proposed model.
