Research on Counterfactual Thinking and Mental Health of College Students

摘要


This study focuses on the main research objects of college students, and aims to investigate the characteristics, types, emotions, and quantities of counterfactual thinking of college students. This can improve the ability of college students to counterfactual thinking, improve their thinking style, and reduce Sexual life events bring negative emotions, provide theoretical and empirical support for college students' self-regulation, and provide theoretical basis for psychological health education and counseling in colleges and universities, which has positive and far-reaching practical significance.
