Both China and South Korea have important rivers called the Hanjiang River, and there is a deep historical relationship between the Hanjiang River in South Korea and the Hanjiang River in China. Hanzhong is one of the cities with a deep historical origin in the Hanjiang River basin of Korea and China. Moreover, Korea (Seoul) has many similarities and connections with Hanzhong in geography. Religion, the history of the five metre rice, which originated and solidify in Hanzhoung and formed a climate, should also be introduced into Korea. Literally, Li Qixian, one of the three great poets in ancient Korea, was ordered to pass through Hanzhong on his way to Chengdu and Emei on behalf of King Xuanwang of Koryo. Based on this, combined with the economic advantages of Seoul (Korea) and Hanzhoung and the background of the current "one belt and one road" era, the author believes that Hanzhoung and Korea have the possibility of establishing economic cooperation relations.
