摘要

En este trabajo hacemos un repaso de la enseñanza del español a sinohablantes en Hispanoamérica en los últimos quince años. Aclaramos que nuestro abordaje se basa en la sinergia que las pedagogías del mandarín y el español, sus culturas y sus contextos, aportan al análisis y la reflexión sobre el fenómeno. En la primera parte, recorremos algunas iniciativas hispanoamericanas para promover el intercambio entre el español y el mandarín en el marco de una creciente actividad turística, de la internacionalización de la educación y de las condiciones políticas y sociales de la región. En la segunda parte, ofrecemos un resumen de experiencias y desafíos compartidos en el encuentro de profesionales de la enseñanza del español y del chino de varios países de Hispanoamérica, China, Taiwán y Hong Kong, que organizamos regularmente desde el año 2015. Nos detenemos en propuestas de Argentina, Uruguay, Colombia y Cuba y planteamos algunas conclusiones y posibles acciones para el futuro inmediato. Precisamente hacia el futuro encaramos la tercera parte, donde describimos proyectos en la educación inicial, primaria y secundaria de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, y los aportes de tales proyectos para incentivar la investigación y las buenas prácticas relacionadas con la enseñanza-aprendizaje del español y del mandarín.

In the present article, we review the teaching of Spanish to Chinese speakers in Latin America during the last fifteen years. We should note that our approach is based on the synergy that the pedagogies of Mandarin and Spanish, their cultures and contexts contribute to the analysis of, and reflection on, the phenomenon. In the first section, we briefly go through the Latin American initiatives aiming to promote the exchange between Spanish and Mandarin within the frameworks of a growing tourism industry, of the internationalization of education, and the political and social conditions of the region. In the second section, we summarize the experiences and challenges that were shared by professionals devoted to the teaching and learning of Spanish and Chinese from Latin America, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Spain, during the conference that we have been organizing since 2015. We make focus on examples from Argentina, Uruguay, Colombia y Cuba, from which we draw some conclusions and possible actions for the immediate future. It is precisely the future that inspires the third and last section. We describe projects in the pre-elementary, elementary and secondary education of the City of Buenos Aires, and the contributions of such projects to promote the research and good practices related to the teaching and learning of Spanish and Mandarin.
