24GHz四埠方向耦合器之研究

摘要


本篇論文著重在設計四埠方向耦合器,採用三個耦合孔連結兩個規格為WR-42的波導管。目標為在21.5 GHz和26.5 GHz之間達到 30 dB的耦合度及30 dB以上的定向性,使用HFSS模擬軟體模擬其最佳化的結構並探討模擬結果背後之物理原因。

In this thesis, we design a 4-port directional coupler and take three hole as connection between two WR-42 waveguide. The target is to achieve 30 dB coupling factor and 30 dB or higher directivity between 21.5 GHz 26.5 GHz. We use HFSS simulation software to get the optimized structure and discuss the physical meaning of result.
