摘要


由於近幾年來到未來的趨勢,物聯網的發展迅速,並將成為落實智慧建築的基礎,居住與建築空間的未來發展需求將迫切導入物聯網與數據應用,本研究以質性研究探討新一代的商用建築:「辦公大樓」智慧建築管理如何在實現智慧建築管理八大標章建立下與物聯網的應用的方法與步驟,提出以下研究探討。 1. 智慧建築與物聯網應用未實現前,首要投入為管理與網絡。 2. 投入確實的開放系統在設計階段須設定為第一主軸。 3. 實現政府制訂的智慧建築標章八大指標的目標的同時,建議物聯網的智慧創新概念應用方案:人臉辨識之訪客管理系統、互動螢幕看板、無線照明。

In the past few years and even in the future, the Internet of Things will become the basis for the implementation of smart buildings. The introduction of IoT and data application development in residential and architectural spaces will be an indispensable requirement. This study explores the method and steps of how the intelligent building management of a new generation of office buildings can be applied under the establishment of the eight major seals of intelligent building management and the application of the Internet of Things. 1. Before the smart building and IoT applications are implemented, the primary investment is management and network. 2. The actual open system must be set to the first spindle during the design phase. 3. At the same time as achieving the goals of the eight indicators of the smart building mark formulated by the government, it is recommended to apply the smart innovation concept application of the Internet of Things.
