台灣杉疏伐木研製長薄片定向粒片板性質之探討

摘要


本研究以台灣杉製作定向單層長薄片粒片板(OSB)、三層長薄片粒片板及以柳杉單板貼面定向粒片板,同時進行中國國家標準CNS 2215試驗與非破壞性檢測評估,探討其物理與力學性質。其結果歸納如次: 1.台灣杉長薄片之外觀特徵全體為粗糙表面,而具扭轉、裂痕及破洞等缺點之粒片共佔40.6%。 2.OSB粒片定向角度,在30°以內者可達74-92%;台灣杉單層與貼面定向粒片板全板超音波速具顯著異方性,三層定向粒片板則否。 3.超音波檢測與阻抗圖譜儀檢測均可有效評估粒片板材質。 4.台灣杉長薄片定向粒片板與柳杉單板貼面台灣杉定向粒片板之靜曲強度、靜曲彈性係數、內聚強度與木螺絲保持力等性質,皆可通過CNS 2215之24-10型及30-15型標準要求。 5.耐燃性能方面,台灣杉長薄片耐燃定向粒片板均能通過CNS 6532之耐燃三級標準。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the properties of oriented strand board by CNS 2215 standard and non-destructive tests. The features of all flakes were with crude surfaces. The flake’s aligned angle on the face layer of OSB within 0 ∘-30 ∘ accumulated to 74-92% of the total flakes. The ultrasonic velocity (V) at 0 ∘of aligned angle (V0) was the highest, decreased rapidly with increasing aligned angle. There were significant positive relationships between velocity and MOR, MOE, MOEdv, IB, SH. In drill resistance test, the PD, MD affected on properties of bending strength positively while Pdi affected on properties of bending strength negatively. All of its physical and mechanical properties met the standard as specified in CNS 2215 30-15 type and 24-10 type of particleboard.
