The research is to discover the factors of suitable fresh fruits dispatching in the low temperature logistics supply chain by reviewing past researches. It seeks to point out the important features of previous studies, and as a basis, to suggest possible future research directions in order to provide reference to other companies and fruit suppliers. Therefore, we discuss and analyze a certain domestic dining group establishing fruit and vegetable dispatching center in 2013, and use the data of the top five fruits system as reference. Through Analytic Hierarchy Process and expert questionnaires, we are able to understand the product users, preference of product, and dispatching selections in the low temperature supply chain. The cooperation’s employees answered to a expert questionnaire in regards to this study. The result of this research can be used to discuss the influence factors of fruit at low temperature and product users.
