部落格使用者介面之研究

摘要


部落格(blog)近兩年來的發展相當迅速,提供各種功能服務的部落格服務供應商(Blog Service Provider, BSP)也相當多。雖然部落格在使用上的便利性讓許多教學者開始使用部落格做為輔助教學的工具,但是有些BSP所提供的功能與使用者介面過於凌亂,讓使用者產生困惑而無法有效率地操作該介面。 本研究從可使用性的角度出發,探討選單結構、性別、以及部落格使用經驗對部落格使用者介面滿意度的影響。此外,本研究也嘗試了解不同的部落格使用方式、性別、部落格使用經驗是否會對部落格功能重要性的評估產生影響。研究結果發現,部落格使用者介面可使用性的滿意度僅受選單結構之影響,性別與部落格使用經驗對滿意度的影響未達顯著。而在功能重要性評估方面,不同的部落格使用方式會影響大多數的部落格功能重要性評估結果,但性別與部落格使用經驗僅影響少數二∼三項功能。此外,本研究也發現,介面操作方面的問題是造成使用者不再使用該BSP服務的主要因素。

The development of blog is speeding up, and there are lots of Blog Service Providers (BSP) which provide a variety of functions for users to manage their own blogs. While the ease and the convenience of blogging allow more and more instructors to use blogs in teaching, it is important to provide a user friendly interface which can help the user learn how to use the functions intuitively. However, there are still some BSPs that have messy and ill-structural information which cause problems in blogging. This study attempts to find out whether (1)menu structure, (2)gender, and (3)blogging experience affect the user satisfaction toward the blog interface usability. Besides, this study also attempt to understand if the importance of the functions on blog affected by the different usage of blog, gender, and blogging experience. The results show that user satisfaction with the interface only differs from the menu structure; meanwhile, the usage of blog, gender, and blogging experience don’t affect the degree of importance on all the functions. Finally, the result also points out that the users won’t access some specific bolgging system again for disarranging menu, web ads, or difficulty of operating the interface.
