開口式共振腔之特性研究與數值模擬

摘要


開口式共振腔經常被用在磁旋震盪管和磁旋調速管中。這是因為開口式共振腔可以有效地獲取電子束產生的電磁場。開口式共振腔與閉口式共振腔的主要差異是開口式共振腔缺乏明顯的邊界。因此,我們無法得到開口式共振腔中電磁場的解析解。我們必須藉由數值模擬的方式來瞭解開口式共振腔的特性。 在這篇論文中,我們將會從時域與頻域的基本理論和模型出發。接著,我們會藉由數值模擬來討論結構中參數對品質因子與共振頻率的影響。最後,我們會嘗試模擬一個新的開口式共振腔結構,並對此新結構的特性做出合理的解釋。

Open cavities are usually used in gyromonotron oscillator and gyroklystron. Because open cavities can efficiently obtain EM field from electron beam. The main difference between open cavities and enclosed cavities is that open cavities lack obvious bound. Therefore, we can’t get an analytical solution of EM wave in open cavities. We must use numerical simulation to know the property of open cavities. In this thesis, we will start from basic theory and model of time domain and spectral domain. Then, we will discuss the influence of parameter of structure on quality factor and resonant frequency by numerical simulation. Finally, we will try to simulate a new structure of open cavities and make reasonable interpretation of property of new structure.
