實習生之人格特質、工作滿足、知覺企業聲望與留職承諾之關係研究

摘要


本研究主要目的是以實習生角度,探討受測者個人背景與屬性對於人格特質、工作滿足、知覺企業聲望與留職承諾之關係,以及探討人格特質、工作滿足、知覺企業聲望與留職承諾之間之相互關聯性。 本研究採用網路問卷方式收集樣本,以過去有過實習經驗之個體為研究對象,蒐集211個有效樣本,資料透過迴歸分析,對所提出之假設進行驗證。 主要發現如下:五大人格特質皆會影響工作滿足,其中外向性、親和性、勤勉責任感、神經質傾向、對經驗的開放度,會正向影響工作滿足,而神經質傾向則會負向影響工作滿足。當實習生在實習中獲得的工作滿足越高,留職承諾也會越高。實習生之知覺聲望越高,也越具有留職承諾。

The main purpose of this thesis is to investigate the relationship among personality, job satisfaction, perceived corporate reputation and retention commitment, based on the view point of intern. The object of study is the individual who had an internship experience. The 211 effective samples are collected through web questionnaire .Data is analyzed through regression model to verify the proposed hypothesis. The main findings are as followed: First, all big five personality traits can affect job satisfaction, which extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, openness to experience are positively related and neuroticism is negatively related to job satisfaction. Second, when interns possess higher score on job satisfaction, retention commitment will be higher. Third, when interns obtained higher score on perceived corporate reputation, retention commitment will be higher.
