新型T狀分佈作用振盪器之研究

Research of a Novel T-type Extended Interaction Oscillator

摘要


本論文研究之分佈作用腔,採用五間隙作為主要的結構,使用HFSS模擬軟體,模擬其最佳化的結構,輸入、輸出耦合器,及探討其色散關係中不同諧振模式下的物理現象,最後在用網路分析儀進行冷測下的數據與模擬做比較。

In this dissertation, we study the extend interaction cavity with the structure of five-gap. We use HFSS simulation software to get the optimized structure include cavity, input and output coupler and discuss the dispersion relation of different resonant mode. Finally, we do the cold test with network analyzer and compare the data with the simulation.
