This thesis is a perspective of the production of space, to analyze the changes of the discourses and practices of elementary school architecture in Taiwan since 1980 and how they are produced, audibled, received and discussed for social production and reproduction purposes. This thesis compared I-lan City overall campus planning and the New School Movement, then noted both the similarities and differences related to policy implementation. Finally under the framework of sustainable campus in writing proposal priorities, effective coordination of budget and various related groups and professionals were prepared depending on the problem and continued through various levels of participatory design and interpretation, as a model for space production.
